After using nothing nutrition wise for 15years of Tri I'm still learning and something gives me tremendous wind. Not sure I can tell the difference either but I guess not blowing up eans it must be working.<BR/><BR/>I really don't get the Newton idea though, if my trainers rub my feet to pieces I'm changing them for a pair that don't.
